The experience includes a guided visit to an acetaia belonging to the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO Consortium, with a tasting of this precious product, and a visit to a wine cellar belonging to the Consorzio di Tutela Lambrusco DOC to discover the origins of this renowned sparkling wine. This experience ends with a tasting that allows you to appreciate the wide range of flavours and fragrances of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar and Lambrusco.
