A special cooking class with the traditional products and recipies of Modena. You’ll learn how to make a perfect dough and roll it with the rolling pin, make tortellini and drink a glass of our Lambrusco.

Our cooking class is very interactive: the customer will make the dough and
roll it with the rolling pin. He will learn how to close tortellini and he will taste the pasta made by himself, drinking a glass of Lambrusco.

The cooking class develops by immediately involving customers, making them knead and roll their own
browse. We will then move on to the creation of fresh pasta, such as tortellini tortelloni and tagliatelle. It will end by cooking the products made and tasting them accompanied by a glass of local wine.

Always available, agreeing with the
customer on the day and time that
they prefer at least 24 hours earlier.
Mornings and weekends are preferred.

Prices:
Full € 150
Reduced (for groups over 2 people) € 100 per person
For children and teenagers for activities with families:
Reduced age (10-16 years) 70 €
Free (children up to 9 years)

The courses are held in groups for a maximum of 15 people

The price includes:
Cooking class and tasting of the products made.
A glass of local wine per person

The price does not include
Special tastings (on customer request). Eg cheese tasting of
territory, wine tasting, etc.
Seated lunch with table service (menu to be agreed with the customer)

Cancellation conditions
If canceled 40-26 days before the event, 50% of the total will be applied
- If canceled 25-11 days before the event, 70% of the total will be applied
- If canceled 10-01 days before the event, 85% of the total will be applied
The minimum guaranteed is to be considered 90% of the number confirmed upon acceptance
