The open-air geological museum Ex Cava del Monticino is an open book that tells the story of how the Romagna Chalk Vein was formed, which animals and plants inhabited it, and how humans have interacted with it. Under the expert guidance of Sandro Bassi, we will "read" this book and continue our exploration of the area, arriving at the splendid olive groves of Baiavolpe and then reaching the CAB, where a delightful aperitif with typical products and an oil tasting awaits us.
