Walk and Taste - Racetrack Tour and Local Olive Oil Tasting
An authentic experience to discover the Imola Racetrack and taste one of the region's finest products: extra virgin olive oil!
Take the time to discover the history and characteristics of the Imola circuit at a leisurely pace and enjoy a beer tasting from local breweries in a unique racing venue.
Accompanied by a guide, visitors will have access to the exclusive areas of the racetrack, those reserved for insiders: the paddock, the Race Control Room, and the podium.
A true "behind-the-scenes" experience in the world of motorsports.
The Walking Tour includes: access to the paddock area and access to the technical areas of the
Race Control Room.
At the end of the Walking Tour, the journey into tradition continues with a tasting of extra virgin olive oil
produced by local olive oil mills.

Tasting of the "Blend" variety, from a selection of olives grown on the hills of Casola Valsenio
February 14: Azienda Agricola OrtoEVO Laura Zonin - Casola Valsenio
“Blend”, an EVOO with the perfect balance of flavor, quality, and craftsmanship. Obtained from the three estate cultivars—Nostrana di Brisighella, Frantoio, and Bianchera. Other company products offered for tasting: APE juice (apricot, peach, and lemon), peach and apricot jams.
February 28: Frantoio Valsanterno – Imola
Tasting of extra virgin olive oils dedicated to the most iconic curves of the Imola racetrack: delicate "Tamburello" extra virgin olive oil, balanced "Rivazza" extra virgin olive oil, and intense "Tosa" extra virgin olive oil, rich in green aromas. The tasting is rounded out with samples of breads and baked goods,
concluding with a dessert.
