You will be shown every step of the production process of this precious elixir: from the origin of cooked grape must to the slow refinement in batteries of ancient wooden barrels. A sensory experience, that ends with the tasting of different stages of ageing of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO, to appreciate the evolution of flavours and aromas over the years.
