Flowered Waffle
Granun waffles, creamy Agro del Ferdy cheese and caramelized onion, wild garlic gel, and the colors of the season.
La Me Aca
Carnaroli rice, Riserva San Massimo "l’autentico" with milk, dock sauce, brown stock, and pure cocoa.
The Forest
Moss sponge, blueberry cream, yogurt, chocolate and fir essential oil namelaka, Ferdy bitters jelly, buckwheat and mushroom crumble, chocolate grue.
