The Caves of Onferno: discovering cave treasures under the stars

There are few sensations equal to a visit to the Onferno Caves at night. You enter at dusk after a tasting of local products, when you come out it is already dark, with the stars and the moon illuminating a silent and peaceful countryside landscape. One discovers that darkness and night have different forms and different magic.

This experience includes:
- Tasting at the Multimedia Museum, where it will be possible to savour typical local products: fruit juices and soft drinks for children, wines from the Carbognano Estate, cured meats and cheeses from Az. Agr. Le Querce and Olivia flavoured with honey from beekeeper Fabio Marcaccini, sweet and savoury baked goods from Pasta Madre - Forneria Contadina. The tasting will be accompanied by a story about the work of ancient grains and the products of the countryside.
- Guided tour of the Caves and Nature Museum

Please Note: Medium difficutly route. It is advised to wear comfortable clothes, trekking shoes or studded soled boots and a waterproof, light jacket (the temperature inside the caves is about 12-13°C).
The helmet with the light is provided by the organizer.
