A foodie exploration of Imola in 5 stages
Tastings of local items including wine, olive oil, pasta and piadina
We'll walk through some of the town's most significant spots, from the racetrack, to the market and the piazzas of the centre

The walking route will be about 3 km starting from the Imola circuit, bridge over the Santerno River and Viale Dante.
Access to the Il Borghetto Covered Market and first stops:
Tre Marie - homemade piadina tasting & sparkling / sparkling white wine
La Malga - oil tasting from Frantoio Santerno
Continue along Via Garibaldi passing in front of Palazzo Tozzoni, the noble palace of the Counts Tozzoni and near the Cathedral of San Cassiano.
We therefore arrive at the most substantial dishes of the cultural / gastronomic walk ...
Flli Cavallotti - local cured meats & cheeses tasting with wine tasting
Minestraio - garganelli with ham and shallot / tortelli with ricotta, honey, pears and pecorino - half a portion of each for walking and a glass of wine offered by the Cafè del Grillo of Albana or Sangiovese
After this stage, continue to Piazza Gramsci where the last stage of the traveling lunch is scheduled ... the moment for dessert ...
Central Bar - tasting with explanation of 3 types of coffee (blend, monovarietal robusta, monovarietal arabica) with 2 biscuits per person followed by Albana passito with stuffed raviola from the La Bottega del Pane oven
End of the walk scheduled for about 2.30 pm in time to visit the monuments of the city such as Palazzo Tozzoni and Rocca Sforzesca.
