Via Vandelli in cammino: San Pellegrino in Alpe - Massa

Renseignements réservations

DATES: from 2 to 4 July and from 10 to 12 September
Spend a weekend immersed in nature and walk with a certified Stray Dogs guide a stretch of Via Vandelli, the ancient commercial and military road strongly desired by Duke Francesco III d'Este, built in the mid-18th century to connect Modena, the capital of the Duchy Estense, and Massa. Along the Via Vandelli, which takes its name from its creator and builder the abbot engineer, geographer and mathematician of the court Domenico Vandelli, you can go back to the time of the Estense Duchy and enjoy breathtaking views along the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines and the Alps Apuan.
We will start from the highest point of the Modenese Apennines San Pellegrino in Alpe until we reach Piazza Aranci in Massa.
