In the village of Bertinoro, the itinerary follows the symbolic landmarks of wine culture, from the Monument to the Winemaker to the Harvest Road and the Bell of Albana. The visit continues to the Interreligious Museum of Bertinoro and the Historical Reserve of Sangiovese of Romagna, the heart of local tradition.
This is followed by the “Mani in Pasta” (Hands in the Dough) workshop, where participants prepare traditional Romagna piadina, along with a tasting of two local wines.
