A journey through the ancient history of Villa Torlonia, surrounded by the evocative poetry of Giovanni Pascoli
Guided visit of Villa Torlonia (formerly known as Tenuta Torre), a historic estate closely linked to the memory of the poet Giovanni Pascoli, whose father worked there as estate administrator.
Today, the estate is an important cultural and museum site and home to the new multimedia museum dedicated to Pascoli’s poetry.
The experience begins in the ancient cellars of the residence, immersing visitors in the emotions and imagery of Giovanni Pascoli’s poetic world, before continuing through the frescoed halls of the noble palace. Along the way, guests will discover the fascinating history and evolution of this remarkable estate, which has maintained its important role in the local area throughout the centuries.
At the end of the visit, guests will enjoy a tasting of local products.
