Starting from the Visitor Center, together with the expert guide, we cycle along an internal stretch of the salt pan until we reach the Salina Camillone, an ancient salt pan where the salt is still harvested by hand with the tools and methods of the past. After discovering the secrets of the White Gold, we get on the bike and ride along the new cycle path, along the way we make some stops to spot the different species that live in this area of the Po Delta Park. We end the activity at the Locanda Acervum, where a tasty sweet and savory brunch prepared on the spot will be waiting for us.

Brunch menu: tarts, dessert with carrots, pancakes, cured meats and cheeses (with the “Salina” brand with Cervia sweet salt), scrambled eggs, bacon, rice salad, piadina with Cervia sweet salt, water, fruit juices, soft drinks, coffee /Cappuccino.
