The real Romagna Piadina is a unique goodness that has ancient origins in the Romagna countryside as a poor dish.
Today protected by the PGI, piadina has deservedly become a symbol of Italian cuisine in the world.
Il Mercato Coperto offers the classic recipe, made with: flour type "0" Gran Mugnaio for Piadina Romagnola Molino Spadoni, yeast, water, lard (the good and healthy one) from Mora Romagnola, milk and salt. In this course, you will learn how to prepare it with the help of expert chefs from Romagna, who will guide you in preparing the dough and teach you how to roll it out to achieve the ideal thickness.
At the end of the workshop, you can taste your piadina accompanied by Squacquerone di Romagna DOP Officine Gastronomiche Spadoni, rocket and Parma Ham aged 24 months (including water and cover charge).
