Rotta del Sale Bike Trail is a 249 km long bike trail in nature, starting from Cervia and ending in Venice, through the Delta Po Park in Emilia-Romagna and VenetoThe itinerary joins the traditional salt route by sea, which for centuries historical boats have travelled with their cargo of salt from the Cervia saltworks to Venice.
The cycling route passes through areas and Nature Reserves of great value, such as the Ravenna Pinewoods, the Comacchio Valleys, the Volano Oasis and the Mesola Wood, touching on the cities of Ravenna, Comacchio and Chioggia, before arriving in Venice with a bike and boat trip between Pellestrina and Lido di Venezia.

- 1° from Cervia to Comacchio: about 98 km through pine forests and valleys
- 2° from Comacchio to Chioggia: about 115 km through valleys, lagoons, beaches, crossing the wildest part of the Delta
- 3° from Chioggia to Venice: about 36 in a mixed route between ferries and bikes
TOUR
- Day 1: departure of the tour at 08.30 am from Cervia, free lunch towards the valleys of Comacchio, free dinner and overnight stay in Hotel*** in Comacchio;
- Day 2: departure from Comacchio, free lunch en route, ferries, free dinner and overnight stay in Hotel*** in Chioggia;
- Day 3: departure from Chioggia, sections on the ferries between the various islands to Venice Lido, ferry to Piazzale Roma and vaporetto to Piazza San Marco.
