Rediscover the flavours of the past under the guidance of a true "azdora", the grandmother queen of Romagna!
With the Best of Romagna cooking course, you can have fun in company cooking typical dishes of the region. It starts with the classic egg pasta for making tagliatelle, the typically Romagna pasta rigorously dressed with meat sauce. It continues with the ever-present piadina and its more tasty version: filled "cassoni"!
At the final lunch you can taste the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by three local wines, cold cuts and traditional desserts.
Popular background music and the "azdora" will accompany you all morning for a unique experience in the typical flavours of Romagna.
