You will be able to discover it in this visit to the Mambelli dairy, where you will be accompanied inside the various sectors and see the process of artisan production of cheeses live.
You will be shown the different types of cheese, including the famous ricotta made with genuine milk and water from the Fratta thermal springs.
You will find the cheeses, along with other local products, including vegetarian and organic, in the Osta! restaurant. Here, in a warm and welcoming setting, made entirely of wood, you can choose between 2 dishes from the à la carte gourmet menu accompanied by water and coffee.
