- Punctuality and meeting point
It is essential to respect the tour reservation time as the entry times to the monuments do not allow exceptions. Participants are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour departure. In case of delay, participation in the tour is not guaranteed and no refund is provided.
- Booking
The tour must be booked and paid for online or at one of our offices at least 12 hours before departure. Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee participation in the tour.
- Access to the Archbishop's Museum
It will be possible to access the Archbishop's Museum only at the end of the tour. If you wish to visit at another time, you will need to purchase the cumulative entrance ticket again.
- High season
During high season, it is recommended to book well in advance as places may sell out quickly.
- Radio guides
If possible, bring your own earphones with a jack connection for the radio guides that will be distributed if necessary.
- Voucher:
You can show the voucher from your smartphone without the need to print it.

The cancellation policy provides a full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the tour departure. For cancellations with less than 72 hours notice, no refund is provided

Here you can continue the visit independently, exploring according to your interests and at your own pace. Inside the museum is also the Chapel of Sant'Andrea, the last of the five UNESCO monuments included in the ticket. This unique early Christian chapel is famous for its depiction of the glorification of Christ in an anti-Arian key, representing a rare and precious example of intact religious art and architecture.
